Last set of pics. The current owner has had the car for nine years after he purchased it from the original owner, who was 68 years old at the time. The CO appeared to be in his mid-thirties.

The car has the original 289-2V in it and the original A/C still works. Only mod is a 4-barrel carb. The guy said it made a huge positive difference in his fuel mileage because he always had to keep his foot in the 2-barrel. It's his DD.

He spent about $3000 on the diamond tuck upholstery. Was kinda in a hurry and didn't think to check if it was leather or not.

He sanded and did the surface prep on the car before having someone else paint it Pearl White for $2500. Taking pics of a white car in direct sunlight ain't the best idea, but I didn't have a choice. Hard to tell from the pics, but the pearl paint is awesome in person.
